We Actually Read These
StrengthAndConditioning.com is run by two people. Trace handles the coaching and content side. Robin handles operations and partnerships. When you email one of us, that person reads it.
We respond within one business day for most questions. If you are asking something that takes real thought, like a full facility spec or a software comparison for a specific program type, we may come back with a few follow-up questions before we give you a complete answer. That is not a delay. That is us trying to actually help.
We offer free 30-minute consultations for programs in active planning phases. If that is you, say so in your email and we will find time.
